1 Delete from Within the App
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data:
- Open NovaDeck on your Android device
- Tap the menu or settings icon
- Select Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
2 Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us:
support@nova-dev-studios.com
Please include the email address associated with your NovaDeck account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm deletion via email.
3 Data That Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

NovaDeck does not retain any user data after account deletion. No data is kept for any retention period. All data is removed from Firebase Authentication servers upon deletion.
